This is a collective image of my out-of-body experiences. The first was in childhood during a fever, when I was transported far into space and saw there in the darkness a huge volcanic planet moving towards the Earth. It was incredibly realistic and scary. It seemed to me that I was dying and losing my self. At that moment, I moved back at great speed along a spiral tunnel like a funnel. I was moving in space and at the same time, as if my whole life was flashing before my eyes and my personality was being assembled from fragmented images.
Later, I deliberately practiced lucid dreams and out-of-body experiences. In one of these experiences, I saw myself as a dimly glowing oval field, inside which golden threads pulsated, emanating from the central one. At the same time, I did not see my body, but I felt weightlessness and a strong vibration, similar to tinnitus. It seemed to me that I could cross the entire space in an instant, but this state did not last long.
In other cases, I had the shape of a human, was almost weightless and could fly by pushing off the ground. The reality around me was somewhat distorted, but I felt more conscious than in a normal state, as if I had woken up from a dream and freed myself from the weight of the body and illusions.
